With 20 years of experience in the legal field, of which 7 years she managed the legal department of a multinational company in the BPO & Consultancy sector, Andreea provides legal assistance to local clients as well as foreign investors throughout their activity in Romania.
During her career, Andreea has advised and participated in complex financing projects, mergers, acquisitions, business transfers, complex employment law projects, GDPR implementation for clients in the pharmaceutical, automotive, retail, IT industries, etc.
Amalia Lincaru - Managing Partner
Amalia is a lawyer with over 14 years of experience in corporate, local and international commercial, labour, insolvency and related litigation.
Her areas of practice include corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial law, employment law and she has advised clients in a variety of industries on due diligence projects, business transfer restructurings, regulatory and compliance matters.
Her experience as in-house counsel has provided perspective to corporate work, providing support in financing, labor relations, i.a. disciplinary investigations, terminations, collective bargaining negotiations, and debt recovery and insolvency litigation.
