We constantly manage processes related to labour relations such as:
(i) negotiation and conclusion of employment contracts;
(ii) advice in the field of conclusion of employment contracts, job descriptions, related addenda, drafting of termination agreements, drafting of relevant documents and participation in disciplinary proceedings or individual or collective dismissals, and action for employee’s personal liability;
(iii) negotiating, assisting and drafting collective labour agreements;
(iv) drafting and updating internal regulation, various internal policies and documents including bonus, confidentiality, whistleblower protection, technology and IT;
(v) negotiating labour disputes;
(vi) advice on occupational health and safety;
(vii) audit of personnel files;
(viii) due diligence in the area of labour relations;
(ix) training in labour law in order to appraise staff on various aspects of labour law or obligations related to your industry or the activity carried out;
(x) advice on projects concerning the transfer of employees and the necessary formalities with public authorities.
