With 20 years of experience in the legal field, of which 7 years she managed the legal department of a multinational company in the BPO & Consultancy sector, Andreea provides legal assistance to local clients as well as foreign investors throughout their activity in Romania.
During her career, Andreea has advised and participated in complex financing projects, mergers, acquisitions, business transfers, complex employment law projects, GDPR implementation for clients in the pharmaceutical, automotive, retail, IT industries, etc.
